カピリンを主成分とするカワラヨモギ抽出物のモモ果実腐敗病の腐敗抑制効果について検討を行った。はじめに、モモの灰星病菌、フォモプシス腐敗病菌、黒かび病菌および炭疽病菌に対するカピリンの抗菌活性について調査した。その結果、灰星病菌に対するMIC値は0.25〜0.5ppmと判断され、極めて高い抗菌活性を示すことが明らかになった。その他の菌に対するMIC値は各々2〜4ppmであり、抗菌活性は認められるもの …
