    A Generation Method of Space Curves by Tangential Direction on a Unit Sphere  [in Japanese]

    本研究では,単位球面上における接線方向を指定することによって空間曲線を生成する手法を提案する.単位球面上の接線方向は,単位 4 元数 Bezier 曲線によって指定する.提案手法は,従来の手法よりも,曲線形状をより直観的に捉えることができる.また,最適化によって指定された端点位置および接線方向を満足するような空間曲線の生成手法についても述べる.

    A generation system of a log-aesthetic curved surface by intuitive control using the location sensor  [in Japanese]

    本研究では,デザイナがディスプレイ上に手描き入力した曲線から曲面を創成できるシステムを開発した.また,3 次元位置センサと VR 技術を用いて,創成した曲面のキーラインにおける曲率・捩率変化を直観的に制御可能とした.評価実験を行った結果,従来の数値制御やジョイスティックなどを用いる曲面創成システムに比べ,より短時間での曲面創成が可能となった.
