本報では、新潟県内の複数の住宅のエアコンを対象にして、実使用時における消費電力及びCOPの実態について検討を行った。その結果、冷房時はカタログCOPより実COPが高く、暖房時はカタログCOPより実COPが低い。実使用時における冷房時COPは暖房時COPより相対的に高い。エアコン運転時間中において定格電力消費量以下で運転している割合は、暖房時より冷房時のほうが高い。
