フル解像度のスーパーハイビジョン映像を撮影可能なカメラの実現を目指して,3300万画素CMOS撮像素子,単焦点レンズ,信号処理装置を試作し,撮像実験を行った.本装置の光学フォーマットは2.5インチ,3板カラー撮像方式である.試作撮像装置の解像度特性を測定した結果,Gチャンネルにおいて,4320TV本にて20%以上の変調度を有することを確認した.
