タンパク質を用いたバイオソープション前濃縮法と黒鉛炉原子吸光分析法を組み合わせ，環境水中の銀の定量を行った．タンパク質には，ヌトロース（カゼインナトリウム）を用いた．試料溶液のpH，撹拌時間，ヌトロース量，灰化温度，原子化温度，マトリックス元素などの影響を調べ，前濃縮条件を最適化した．最適な灰化温度と原子化温度は，それぞれ350℃ と1400℃ であった．本法による銀の濃縮倍率は15.5倍であった …
