絹粉末の成形における構造劣化と風合 [in Japanese] Effect of Molding Conditions on Properties of Molded Silk [in Japanese]

絹粉末の加圧成形加工に当り重要な因子として加圧温度, 加温時間, 含水量などをあげ検討した.絹粉末の成形には, 温度125～150℃, 加圧時間10分, 粉末含水量6.5%, 粉末粒径<150μmが適し, 強度15MPaの絹成形物が得られた.その成形物の吸湿率は約8%を示した.
The influences of applied pressure, temperature, heat treatment time, water content on the properties of molded silk were studied. The strength of molded silk was 15 MPa when the water content of the silk powder was 6.5%, the size of the silk powder was about 150 μm or less, heat treatment time was 10 min and the temperature was between 125-150°C. The moisture regain of the molded silk was about 8%.
