頂点臭素を含む超伝導体(Ca, A)_2CuO_2Br_2 : A=Na, K [in Japanese] New Superconductor with Apical Bromine (Ca, A)_2CuO_2Br_2 : A=Na, K [in Japanese]

We report a new superconductor, (Ca, A)<SUB>2</SUB>CuO<SUB>2+y</SUB>Br<SUB>2-y</SUB>:A=(Na, K)(T<SUB>c</SUB>=24 K) with apical bromines synthesized under high pressure. X-ray powder diffraction shows that the superconducting phase has a tetragonal structure with a=3.858 Å, c=17.257 Å. This structure is so called La<SUB>2</SUB>CuO<SUB>4</SUB> (214) type with an apical site of octahedral CuO<SUB>6</SUB> being almost occupied by the bromine atoms.
