塗布熱分解法によるBi系銅酸化物超伝導膜作製とエピタキシャル成長性 Preparation of Bi-system Superconducting Film by Metalorganic Deposition and their Epitaxial Growth
Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting films were prepared by metalorganic deposition on single LaAIO<SUB>3</SUB>(100) substrates using acetate solution of starting composition Bi<SUB>2.46</SUB>Pb<SUB>0.74</SUB>Sr<SUB>2.0</SUB>Ca<SUB>2.2</SUB>Cu<SUB>3.2</SUB>O<SUB>y</SUB>. The films were prepared by repeating the process of coating and decomposition( at 700°C for 30 min ) 5 times and finally sintering at 855°C for 12 hours. The values of T<SUB>co</SUB> and J<SUB>c</SUB> of 1.5 μm thick films were 98K and 1.2×10<SUP>4</SUP>A/cm<SUP>2</SUP>(64K, OT) respectively. The result of x-ray pole figures has shown that these films were epitaxial through a good lattice match of LaAlO<SUB>3</SUB> substrates. ICP analysis showed that mole ratio of Pb was lower than 0.1 in the film on MgO(as mole ratio of Cu=3.2).
