抄録

This paper deals with a study on the chemical pyrolysis reaction of Diesel fuel oils. The pyrolysis is one of the dominant factors to understand the combustion process. The generation of aromatic series material in combustion gas is suspected to the chief element of the product of particulate matters. The study was conducted by an analysis using the affinity of chemical thermodynamics and experiments of heating fuel oils and hydocarbons in a constant volume vessel.<BR>As a result, the followings were given ;<BR>1. It was clear that a result from the analysis of chemical affinity on the pyrolysis reaction of hydrocarbons using thermal equilibrium constants agrees with that from the experiments of pyrolysis heating diesel fuel oils and some materials of pure hydrocarbons.<BR>2. A formation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene and so on was proved analytically and experimentally.
