  Effects of Si, Ni, W and Ti on 12%Cr steel casting were studied by laboratory test to improve creep rupture strength for elevating steam condition of thermal power plant. In this study, 12%Cr steel casting with tungsten was newly developed. A model casing was experimentally manufactured using this new material to investigate productivity and material charactaristics. It was concluded that this new material had good productivity, mechanical properties, weldability and excellent creep rupture strength.
