Abstract
The influence of Mn addition on the activation energy of dipoles of BaTiO3 was investigated using the thermal sampling method, which is thermally stimulated current (TSC) measurement technique. The results indicate that the activation energies of dipoles of Mn free and Mn doped (0.1mol%) specimens were 0.2eV and 0.4eV, respectively.
