4, 4'-ビス(アルキルアミノ)ジフェニルアミン誘導体のゴム老化防止性能 STUDY ON ORGANIC RUBBER CHEMICALS, PART 5. THE PERFORMANCE OF 4, 4'-BIS(ALKYLAMINO)DIPHENYLAMINE DERIVATIVES AS RUBBER ANTIDEGRADATION
The new antidegradant, 4, 4′-bis (alkylamino) diphenylamine (BAADA) was synthesized by reductive alkylation of 4, 4′-diaminodiphenylamine. The values of tensile strength (T<sub>B</sub>) retained rate after aging of the cured rubber compounds including BAADA were found to be equal to or alightly larger than those including 2/3 molar amount of the reference substance, N-1, 3-dimethylbutyl-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine. The variation of the alkyl chain length of BAADA from C<sub>3</sub> to C<sub>8</sub> showed almost no change in T<sub>B</sub> retained rate under the condition of equal molar weight ratio.
