黒漆塗膜は, 光に長時間さらされると光沢が失われる.本研究では, 黒漆塗膜の耐光性の向上のために黒漆液の高速分散処理を行った.その方法によってその塗膜の光沢度と耐光性は改善されたが, 黒漆液の乾燥が遅くなった.そこでさらに乾燥性改善のために酵素 (ラッカーゼ) 添加を行った.その結果, 高速分散処理と酵素添加の組み合わせで, 黒漆液の乾燥性が良好になり, その塗膜耐光性も向上し, 実用的な黒漆液が得られた.
It is known that a black urushi film exposed to light loses its gloss. Homogenization process were applied to black urushi lacquer for improving light-resistance of urushi film. However the dryability became worse by this methods. Then in order to improve the dryability for black urushi lacquer enzyme, i.e. laccase, was added into lacquer. As a result, the drying speed and light-resistance were improved with a combination of homogenization and laccase addition. Consequently black lacquer for practical use was obtained.
