抄録

A series of eectrochemica experiments proved the proton conduction in the ceramics of sodium-substituted hydroxyapatite with a conductivity of 10-3 to 10-5S/cm at temperatures of 700-900°C, depending on the partia pressure of water vapor in the ambience. The previousy proposed mode for the conduction of protons, in which the charge carriers were assumed to be reeased from attice hydroxide ions due to partia dehydration, was reasonaby supported with an experiment carried out on sodium-substituted hydroxyapatites and tri-cacium phosphate ceramics.
