The effect of the dispersion condition of sintering aids(Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>, SiO<SUB>2</SUB>) on the grain size of sintered body of SrTiO<SUB>3</SUB> semiconductive ceramics has been studied. When sintering aids was dispersed uniformly, the grain size of sintered body became small with narrow distribution. As a result the process of sintering, it was found that the dispersion condition of sintering aids affected the grain size resulted from the change in density of nuclei formation.
