接種剤塗布溶接棒による球状黒鉛鋳鉄と軟鋼とのTIG溶接 TIG Welding of Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron and Mild Steel Using the Inoculant Coated Welding Rods
The purpose of this study is to clarify the inoculation effect behavior for TIG welding zone. Using hypereutectic gray cast iron welding rods coated with 4 kinds of inoculant (Fe-Si, Ca-Si-Ba, Ca-Si-Bi, RE-Ca-Si), spheroidal graphite cast iron and mild steel were welded by TIG welding process. After welding, microstructure and Vickers hardness of weld metal and bonded zone on heat affected zone were investigated. Microstructure of weld metal was flake graphite cast iron using Fe-Si inoculant coating welding rod. For the Ca-Si-Ba or RE-Ca-Si inoculant, Microstructure of weld metal was spheroidal graphite cast iron. In the case of Ca-Si-Bi inoculant, Microstructure is CV graphite cast iron.
