Highest bright source in the world is available for X-ray Crystallography at Super Photon Ring with 8Gev (SPring-8) located at Nishiharima. For the last decade synchrotron source has promoted the research activities in the fields of crystallography, solid state physics, bioscience and geoscience. Furthermore, SPring-8 offers indescribable dreams to these sciences. Performance in X-ray crystallography using this facility will be beyond expression. From the view points of electron density, enharmonic thermal vibration and several others, possible future in X-ray crystallography using SPring-8 is described in this paper.
