ラマン散乱による水素結合系混晶におけるH結合とD結合の相互作用の解明 Raman Scattering Study of HSO_4 and DSO_4 in TKHS-TKDS Mixed crystals
In K<SUB>3</SUB>H (SO<SUB>4</SUB>) <SUB>2</SUB>-K<SUB>3</SUB>D (SO<SUB>4</SUB>) <SUB>2</SUB> mixed crystals, internal v<SUB>2</SUB> mode frequencies of DSO<SUB>4</SUB> show abrupt splitting at the phase transition temperature, while those of HSO<SUB>4</SUB> split continuously. The length of D-hydrogen bond is concluded to be independent of the D concentration. This conclusion is supported by the measurement of the characteristic time τ<SUB>c</SUB><SUP>-1</SUP> of deuteron motion; gradients of the temperature dependence of τ<SUB>c</SUB><SUP>-1</SUP> are almost the same for any concentration of D studied.
