Abstract

A new technique for measuring T_c (P) is reported. As the temperature of the DAC is reduced, instead of measuring the first harmonic of the ac susceptibility, χ₁″, the third harmonic, |χ₃|, is measured. This results in a significant improvement in the minimum detection limit.
