非線形補償器を用い磁性流体タイプセミアクテイブダンパの提案 Proposal of a Magnetic Fluid type of Semi-active Damper with a Nonlinear Compensator
To set up active dampers to vehicles is an effective method for improving the ride comfort. However, since conventional active dampers are force generative types, the system will "riot" once the controller fails. In this paper, in order to avoid such kind of troubles a novel semi-active damper which is composed of a cylinder injected with M. F. (Magnetic Fluid) is proposed. However since it has strong nonlinearity a nonlinear controller must be applyed. This paper shows how to design it and the various advantages by digital simulations and experiments.
