抄録

A stimulation responsive polymer gel was applied to channel gating for substance transmission and release through a cellulose membrane. Monomers such as acrylic acid and acrylamide were coated and polymerized on a micro-porous cellulose for this purpose. The resulting membrane showed the pH responsive transmission of methylene blue as a model substance. The membrane with the immobilized glucose oxidase in the gel gate showed promoted transmission of methylene blue with the additions of glucose. Methanol concentration responsive transmission was also observed in the membrane. Those results proved that a cellulosic membrane with bending pore structure also realizes a stimulus-responsive gating function.
