抄録

The purpose of this study is to presume project plan of reconstruction of condominiums and to examine feasibility of the plan. I estimated projects costs of reconstruction and dwelling sizes of renewal building on nine typical condominiums in Tokyo ward area, and examined most feasible plan selected by unit owners of condominium. From these analysis, reconstruction of condominiums are classified six patterns, it should be concluded that there will be many condominiums on which unit owners reduce dwelling size or give up reconstruction.
