抄録

Cytochrome b5-mediated electron-transfer reaction from NADH to cytochrome c was exploited for the determination of cytochrome b5. A linear relationship between cytochrome b5 concentration and the reducing rate of cytochrome c was obtained in the range of 15-700 pM.
