抄録

5 nm thiospinel FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> nanocrystallines were prepared through a solvothermal process at 280 °C. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveal that the product was nanocrystalline FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB>, with cubic cell, and uniform spherical particle morphology. The factors to the formation of uniform FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> nanocrystallines with a narrow size distribution were discussed also.
