抄録

We applied a highly sensitive quartz-crystal microbalance as a device of dsDNA <I>in vitro</I> selection. When poly((<FONT SIZE=-2>L</FONT>-glutamine)-immobilized QCM was employed, both the selection and evaluation processes could be monitored <I>in situ</I> as mass changes, and the dsDNAs having the continuous sequences of 3-5 AT base-pairs were selected after the 4<SUP>th</SUP> cycle from a random dsDNA pool.
