Arthrobacter sp.S-22の酵素により産生するポルフィラン由来オリゴ糖の精製とその構造 Purification and Structure of Oligosaccharides from Porphyran degradated by Enzymes from Arthrobacter sp.S-22
Oligosaccharides from porphyran digested by enzymes of <i>Arthrobacter</i> sp. S-22 were purified by Daiya ion HPA-75, Toyopearl HW-40S, and Sephadex G-10 column chromatography. Each of three purified oligosaccharides (high anionic oligosaccharide (OSP1), low anionic oligosaccharide (OSP2), and neutral oligosaccharide (NOSP)) showed a single peak on a Shodex SUGAR KS-801 column, respectively. The structure of OSP1 was considered to be sulphato-disaccharide (6-<i>O</i>-sulphato-α-galactopyranosyl-(1→3)-D-galactopyranose), while OSP2 and NOSP were considered to be mono sulphato-tetrasaccharide and neoagarotetraose.
