Abstract
高齢まで元気な生活を送るため,ごく微量な血液の分析から在宅で健康状態を診断できるヘルスケアデバイスを研究している.この中心部は,最近急激に進展しているμ-TAS研究分野の応用であり,石英板上にプラズマエッチングを駆使して作製したマイクロキャピラリーに血清を注入し,健康マーカーを検出する.現在,試作チップにより数種のマーカーの検出に成功している.
