抄録

In the less favored area, the fragility of public traffic caused decline of regional vitality. As the traffic means in such an area, the private car is a main traffic. This study examines about the increase measures of railway user and the activation measures of area along a railway practicing. As the measure, 26 items are adopted, and it examines by three kinds of evaluation technique which are the ten rating evaluation method, the concordance analysis and the DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method.
