In the Han-Shin Awaji Earthquake disaster, the simultaneous frequent occurrence type fire was generated by earthquake vibration, and the fire progression damage of the fire expanded in everywhere. The fire truck arrive by as this cause, access road to the fire field received the damage, and the runnability of fire truck lowering, and it si mentioned that the extinction activity was retarded. From these lessons, it is necessary to carry out the fire control service evaluation in assuming the city right-under earthquake in the urban disaster prevention plan. Then, it is made that future road improvement, layout of fire station are more effectively carried out by fire control service evaluation from the time reliability index of fire truck to be a purpose in this study.
