抄録

A 55-year-old woman had been diagnosed as lipoma for a left axillary tumor 4 years before. This time she was admitted to the hospital because of the numbness of her left forearm. Liposarcoma was suspected by imagings. By a preoperative incisional biopsy, the diagnosis of angiomyolipoma was made. The tumor was resected preserving the function of the left forearm.<br> An axillary angiomylipoma has not been mentioned in the world literature, so far. This rare case of left axillary angiomyolipoma with a review of the previous literature is reported.
