Abstract

A 69-year-old woman was seen at the clinic because of burning during urination repeatedly over about one year. Cystoscopic examination showed a small cystic mass on the dome of the bladder and biopsy revealed atypical cells. Partial cystectomy with resection of the umbilical urachus was caried out.<br> Histopathological diagnosis was urachal small cyst complicated with a cancer on the wall.
