- 乳癌におけるER, PgRとerb B2増幅定量値の関連性の検討 : erb B2抗体療法の適応に関係して

Abstract
近年, erb B2産物に対する抗体 (trastuzumab) を用いた治療が海外で行われるようになった。著者らは当院にて手術を施行した原発乳癌27例に於いてerb B2遺伝子増幅をcompetitive PCR (競合的PCR) を用い定量的に測定しER, PgRとの関連を検討した。ER+群よりER-群の方が, PgR+群よりPgR-群の方がerb B2増幅は有意に大であった。ER, PgRの陽性, 陰性の組み合わせでerb B2のコピー数を比較検討するとER+PgR+群3.3コピー, ER-PgR-群11.9コピー, ER+, PgR-群5.2コピー, ER-, PgR+群4.0コピーであった。ER-PgR-群には高度erb B2増幅例が全て含まれておりER+PgR+群との間に有意差が認められた。以上の結果からER, PgRの測定はtrastuzumab治療適応例の1次スクリーニングに有用である可能性が示唆された。
