We have reported a case of isolated unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy. The patient was a 45-yearold female who has complained of right temporalgia, right pulsative tinnitus, and disorder of phonation, without other central nerve palsy. The diagnosis as dural arteriovenous fistula was performed by the findings of dural arteriovenous fistula of conventional angiography and MR angiography, which passed the ascending pharyngeal artery via the epidural venous plexus. After diagnostic angiography, unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy and persistent headaches were improved, though pulsative tinnitus was continued.
