We experienced two patients with mucocutaneous ocular lesions that were induced by medication. The Stevens-Johnson syndrome is induced based on the clinical findings and the laboratory results. In one patient, prednisolone was used because of the severe clinical course and the pathological presentation of erythema exudativum. In the other, only a symptomatic treatment was employed because the clinical course was mild. A differential diagnosis with Behcet, s syndrome and herpes simplex infection was in itially difficult in this patient. The identification of responsible drugs was confirmed by a lymphocyte transformation test and a patch test in both patients, and they recovered from the symptoms shortly after treatment.
