抄録

The evaluation of pressure distribution from the velocity data measured by Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) was examined based on the Poisson equation for pressure. The study was carried out by evaluating the pressure field in a two-dimensional flow inside a combustion chamber model. The influence of the random error in the velocity measurement on the evaluated pressure field was tested and the result was found to be acceptable for the velocity data with velocity accuracy of less than 3%.
