A 21-year-old man was admitted to our hospital for multiple liver tumors. He had undergone surgical resection of pelvic Ewing's sarcoma 5 years previously with subsequent chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Abdominal CT scan and ultrasonography showed two enhanced tumors, one in the lateral segment (S3: 10mm in diameter) and another in the medial segment of the liver (S4: 5mm in diameter). Ten months later, the liver tumor in S3 had grown to 30mm in diameter. Abdominal angiography revealed two hypervascular masses in the arterial phase and the deep-stain in the capillary phase. These tumors were suspected to be hepatic metastases of Ewing's sarcoma and partial hepatectomies of lateral and medial segments were performed. Histopathologically, the tumors were diagnosed as focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH). The patient has been doing well with no complications and recurrence, for 8 months since the operation.<br> FNH is classified as a benign hepatic tumor that does not rapidly enlarge during long-term observation. The case of multiple and rapid-growing FNH is rare.
