Angiomyoma is a rare benign tumor in the oral cavity. In this report, a case of an angiomyoma of the hard palate is retrospectively and immunohistochemically described.<BR>The patient was a 40-year-old man, who visited our department because of a swelling at the hard palate. The primary clinical diagnosis was a palatal tumor, and this tumor was enucleated under local anesthesia. The histopathological diagnosis from surgical specimen was angiomyoma. He is doing well postoperatively.
