抄録

Model based learning(MBL) as a learning method raises a student's interest and awareness in the subject and it is able to aid implicit understanding of physical phenomena by using a "Dynamic Figure" as a component of the educational materials. In this study, we give examples of the educational materials based on MBL and also show their advantages over teacher-centered learning method. This approach was applied to web-based learning in numerical calculation and in the fundamentals of dynamics and mechanics. The educational materials were developed to explain numerical calculation and dynamics to learners during class. Thereafter the effects of web-based education in class and the frequency of their use outside of class were investigated.
