抄録

Once medical treatment for anal fissure has failed, surgical treatment is recommended. Recently, new non-surgical treatment using the topical application of nitroglycerin has been tried, and the number of surgical treatments has been decreasing. In the case of an outpatient clinic, medical therapy, including nitroglycerin treatment, is the best treatment for anal fissure, but even if surgical treatment is decided on, a less invasive form should be performed. LSIS is recommended for anal stenosis caused by spasm of the internal sphincter, and excision of sentinel tag and anal polyp should be carried out as the need arises. SSG is appropriate for severe stricture of the anoderm, but is not recommended for outpatient clinics in view of the postoperative care necessary.
