看護学生における抗体保有率に関する研究 : 風疹ウイルス, トキソプラズマ, サイトメガロウイルス, 単純ヘルペスウイルスについて  [in Japanese] Prevalence of antibodies to rubella virus, toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus, and herpes simplex virus among student nurses  [in Japanese]

看護学生の風疹ウイルス, トキソプラズマ, サイトメガロウイルス, 単純ヘルペスウイルスに対する抗体保有率を測定した。風疹抗体は94.8%に陽性で想定していたより高かった。トキソプラズマ, サイトメガロウイルス, 単純ヘルペスウイルスに対する抗体保有率はそれぞれ4.6%, 63.6%, 35.8%であった。これら3つの病原体に対する抗体保有率は約20年前と比較して明らかに低下傾向にあり, これらの病原体に妊娠中に初感染する症例が将来増加することが懸念される。

To elucidate immune status of young women to rubella virus(RV), toxoplasma gondii(TX), Cytomegalovirus(CMV) and herpes simplex virus(HSV), which have been shown to develop intrauterine infection resulting in fetal diseases, antibody prevalences to these pathogens among student nurses aged 19 - 20y. o. were measured using ELISA. The antibody prevalences to RV, TX, CMV, and HSV were, 94.8%, 4.6%, 63.4 %, and 35.8%, respectively. Antibody prevalence of these pathogens except RV markedly decreased during the last 20 years suggesting that pregnant women with primary infection of these pathogens might increase hereafter and it is mandatory to establish strategies to prevent pregnant women from infection of these pathogens.
