Abstract

唾液腺シンチグラフィは唾液腺機能を客観的に評価できる方法といえる。様々な症状を呈するシェーグレン症候群において, その唾液腺機能を評価できる有用な手段である。しかしシェーグレン症候群の診断精度としては他の検査方法に多少劣る部分もある。他の検査方法を複合して評価することが必要である。唾液腺シンチグラフィの評価方法として集積状態, 動態曲線パターン, 各種パラメータ解析などの様々なものが用いられている。今後は最も客観性のある評価方法を確立することが重要と思われる。最後に本学における現状を紹介した。
