• ラパロリフトシステムを用い腹腔鏡補助下に肝外側区域切除術を施行した肝癌の１例

Abstract

We performed a laparoscopy-assisted left lateral segmentectomy applied abdominal wall lifting method using Laparolift system^TM;<br> A 76-year-old man with chronic hepatitis C showed a hepatoma 6.5cm in diameter in the left lateral segment by an abdominal CT scan. Surrounding ligament of the left lateral segment was dissected by the laparosonic coagulating shears under the pneumoperitoneal method and, subsequently, a 7cm of mini-laparotomy was placed on the upper median portion. A 10cm long Laparofan was inserted into the paranavel port site, which was opened as a V-shape in the intra-abdominal space. The abdominal wall surrounding the mini-laparotomy was widely lifted up by the Laparofan attached to the Laparolift apparatus. Left lateral segmentectomy was readily performed under a good operating field. Laparolift system^TM is a useful application for lifting the abdominal wall in patients who undergo laparoscopy-assisted hepatectomy.
