金属粉末射出成形法によるロバスト性の高いSKD11の創製 Development of sintered SKD11 compacts with High Robust performance by Metal Injection Molding
We studied the mix proportion percentage of the gas atomized powder and the water atomized powder in order to develop the wide sintering temperature for SKD11 materials. As a result, the mass production of the high precision SKD11 sintered compacts which were affected by the temperature difference in the sintering furnace became possible. The precision of the sintered compacts with mixed powders was ±0.22% (L=19 mm). Also, tensile strength was 1600∼1800 Mpa transeverse rupture strength was 3400∼3600 MPa, impact value was 23∼32 KJ/m<sup>2</sup> and fatigue strength was 456 MPa.
