Millimeter-Wave Rotational Spectrum of CF_3CCD in the Ground and Excited Vibrational States υ_<10> = 1

Millimeter-wave rotational spectra of the symmetric top molecule CF<SUB>3</SUB>CCD have been measured in its ground and excited vibrational states, <I>v</I><SUB>10</SUB> = 1. Analysis of the ground-state spectra gave the following rotational parameters: <I>B</I><SUB>0</SUB> = 2696.06753 MHz, <I>D<SUB>J</SUB></I> = 0.22759 kHz, <I>D<SUB>Jk</SUB></I> = 6.1748 kHz. <I>H<SUB>Jk</SUB></I> (16.1 mHz) and <I>H<SUB>kJ</SUB></I> (−0.243 mHz) were determined for the first time. In the <I>v</I><SUB>10</SUB> = 1 state, <I>l</I> = ±1 series have been assigned and spectroscopic parameters were obtained accurately: <I>B</I><SUB>1</SUB> = 2701.26211 MHz, <I>q<SUB>t</SUB></I><SUP>+</SUP>(2,2) = 3.30887 MHz, <I>A</I>ζ = 3263.93 MHz. The off diagonal parameter <I>r<SUB>t</SUB></I> (0.152 MHz) was determined for the first time.
