• Gluteal foldflapにより再建した乳房外Paget's diseaseの術後管理の検討

Abstract

乳房外Paget病は外陰部発生例が圧倒的に多いとされている。今回われわれは外陰部原発の乳房外Paget病の1例を経験し, gluteal fold flapにて再建した。その術後管理に褥瘡予防用のベッドマットとして使用されていたウレタンマットを使用して皮弁管理し, 良好な結果を得た。このマットの使用に対して検討した。
