Abstract

黒毛和種牛の肥育末期に起こる急性肝炎による血清リポ蛋白の変化を疾患牛12頭, 健康牛20頭を用いて調べた. 急性肝炎発症牛の血清リポ蛋白はVLDLとLDL分画が著しく増加し, HDL分画では正常なサイズのHDL粒子の減少が認められた. これらのことから, 急性肝炎発症牛ではVLDLの異化障害とHDL粒子の生成異常をともなったリポ蛋白代謝異常が起こっていると推測された.

Serum lipoproteins of 12 acute hepatitis cases were compared with those of 20 clinically healthy controls in Japanese black cattle at the final stage of fattening. VLDL and LDL fractions in sera were markedly higher in cattle with acute hepatitis than in controls. Acutehepatitis cases also showed remarkable decrease in HDL with normal particle size. These findings suggested that acute hepatitis induces an abnormal lipoprotein metabolism associated with disorders of VLDL catabolism and of HDL particle formation.
