Abstract

健康成犬3頭にエンロフロキサシン (ERFX) 製剤 (5mg/kg) を単回皮下または経口投与し, 尿中濃度ならびに経口投与後の血中濃度の推移を検討し, ERFXの血清蛋白結合率を<I>in vitro</I>で測定した. 尿中濃度は注射剤および錠剤投与後ほぼ同様に推移し, 投与後0~6時間に最高値を示し (それぞれ72.3および78.0μg/m<I>l</I>), 12~24時間においても高濃度 (8.5および12.1μg/m<I>l</I>) の値を示した. 血清中濃度は, 経口投与後1.3時間で最高 (1.8μg/m<I>l</I>) に達し, 以後半減期3.0時間で消失, AUC<SUB>0-24</SUB>は11.0μg・hr/m<I>l</I>の値を示した. <I>in vitro</I>血清蛋白結合率は32.6%であった.

The injectable or tableted enrofloxacin (ERFX, 5mg/kg) was administered to 3 adult dogs, and urine or s erum (only with tablet) levels and binding rate to serum protein <I>in vitro</I> were measured. The urinary levels a fter injection and tablet medications were the same, showing peak levels of 72.3 and 78.0 μg/m<I>l</I> at 0-6 h rs, with continued high levels of 8.5 and 12.1 μg/m<I>l</I> at 12-24 hrs after subcutaneous and oral administrati ons, respectively. After tablet administration, serum level reached a peak of 1.8 μg/m<I>l</I> at 1.3 hrs, declining la ter with a half-life of 3.0 hrs and the AUC<SUB>0-24</SUB> of 11.0 μg·hr/ml. The <I>in vitro</I> protein binding rate of ERFX w as 32.6%.
