抄録

Metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma to the oral cavity is considered rare. A 58-year-old male patient consulted our hospital with a chief complaint of swelling of the left upper jaw. The patient had undergone treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma, and the lesion was diagnosed as metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma through biopsy of tumor in the oral cavity. We consulted the surgical and internal medicine departments, and concluded that control of the primary lesion and improvement of the masticatory and eating disorders are possible. Based on these results, chemotherapy and radiotherapy were performed followed by excision of the tumor.
