抄録

We report a case of solitary intrahepatic bile duct dilatation mimicking double gallbladder. A 63-year-old man with a cystic lesion of the liver was admitted to our hospital. Abdominal CT scan showed a cystic mass (18mm in diameter) with multiple stones located in the anterior segment (S5) of the liver attached to the gallbladder. ERCP showed that the cystic lesion derived from the anterior branch of the bile duct and the gallbladder, as well as extrahepatic bile duct, was unremarkable. Cholecystectomy and extirpation of the cystic lesion were performed. Pathologically, the wall had the glandular structure of the bile duct and lacked a muscle layer with no malignant appearance.
