抄録

Vigorous mechanical mixing of the water/hexane biphasic Pd-catalyzed allylation of benzenethiol gave sterically congested allyl sulfides, due to high reactivity of the enforced orientation of the η<SUP>1</SUP>-allylpalladium intermediate at the solvent interface.
